Hand-scooped bar chocolate of the new generation. A chocolat blonde is a white chocolate with a caramelised sugar content - this gives it its light brown "blonde" colour. We have given this chocolate its special characteristic by combining pure fleur de sel. To emphasise the caramel note and to give it a special additional consistency, we have added caramel chips, which are deglazed with Breton salt butter after the melting process.
