Kaffee aus Kolumbien
Die Arabica-Bohnen wachsen in einer Höhe ab 1200 Metern. Schattige Bedingungen, durch Bäume, Bananenstauden und beständige Wolkenfelder, schützen vor der sengenden Hitze. Dadurch bilden die relativ harten Bohnen ein kräftiges erdiges Aroma mit Noten von getoastetem Holz. Auch die spürbare, gut eingebundene Säure und sein voller Körper verleihen diesem Kaffee seinen besonderen Charakter.
