Dieser dunkel geröstete süditalienische Espresso ist eine Mischung mit hohem Anteil bester Robusta-Bohnen. Diese stammen sowohl aus Indien, als auch aus Afrika und bringen die Dichte und den Körper für diesen Espresso mit. Seine Aromen und leichte Fruchtigkeit geben ihm die Arabica-Bohnen aus Mittel- und Südamerika. Der Espresso Sicillia hat ein kräftig, würziges Aroma, das lange anhält, eine anregende nussige Note, eine dezente und fruchtige Säure.
