The coffee cherries for this organically grown Arabica grow in the southwest of Honduras and produce the highest quality due to the ideal growing conditions. The fruity orange aroma and hints of coriander and berries are wonderfully rounded off by the full and medium roasted flavour.
Better wages for the coffee farmers - who are almost exclusively women in this coffee project - a strengthened local infrastructure as well as the ecological handling of resources convinced us to include this coffee in our range and thus support the project.

Beschreibung
Die Kaffeekirschen für diesen biologisch angebauten Arabica wachsen im Südwesten Honduras und bringen auf Grund der idealen Anbaubedingungen höchste Qualitäten hervor. Das fruchtige Orangenaroma und Anklänge von Koriander und Beeren, werden wunderbar durch die volle und mittelkräftige Röstaromatik abgerundet.
Bessere Löhne für die Kaffeebauern, - die in diesem Kaffeeprojekt übrigens fast ausschließlich Frauen sind - eine gestärkte Infrastruktur vor Ort sowie der ökologische Umgang mit den Ressourcen hat uns überzeugt diesen Kaffee in unser Sortiment aufzunehmen und so das Projekt zu Unterstützen.
