This fantastic pearl bean Arabica grows in the south of India, in the high altitude cultivation areas of Ratangirie. The mountain range of the Westghats offers cultivation altitudes of 1200-1800 metres and is characterised by primeval forests.
The Indian Pearl Mountain delivers one of the highest Arabica qualities in India.
The strong aroma is supported by full-bodied flavours of sultana and spices like cinnamon and clove.
Currently, we do not have the usual pearl bean available.
Alternatively, we have a high-quality Arabica coffee from India that meets our requirements and develops an excellent flavour.

Beschreibung
Im Süden Indiens, in den hoch gelegenen Anbaugebieten Ratangiries wächst dieser fantastische Perlbohnen - Arabica. Der Gebirgszug der Westghats bietet Anbauhöhen von 1200-1800 Metern und ist geprägt von Urwäldern. Der Indian Pearl Mountain liefert eine der höchsten Arabica-Qualitäten Indiens. Die kräftige Aromatik ist getragen von vollmundigen Geschmäckern nach Rosine und Gewürzen wie Zimt und Nelke.
