Individual preparation for optimal coffee experience
Coffee is our passion - that's why all our coffee products reflect years of experience and all our craftsmanship. Our philosophy of slow, gentle and complete roasting characterises our entire range. The coffee beans are all roasted fresh for you every day using the classic drum roasting method, giving them time to optimally develop their flavours and break down unwanted products such as chlorogenic acid. The roasting time in our artisan roasting process is between 12 and 20 minutes and allows individual handling of each batch through constant control during roasting. This ensures a full-bodied and intense coffee taste.
We put special emphasis on supplying you exclusively with high-quality coffee and espresso from carefully selected coffee beans. This selection is essential for high-quality and tasty coffee experience. Depending on your taste, you will find:

Some of our coffees and espressos are also available in organic quality. The controlled natural cultivation of organic Coffee and organic Espresso is both a matter of heart and a responsibility for us.
Espresso beans usually differ in colour from coffee beans due to the longer roasting process. Visually, espresso beans are darker and slightly shiny. For a classic espresso, the coffee beans are finely ground and pressed with an espresso machine at 6 to 9 bar. The origin and taste of our coffee beans for coffee and espresso
In addition to the type of coffee, the origin is also decisive for the taste of the coffee. We offer you the Arabica and Robusta varieties:
- Our coffees are made from 100% Arabica beans in order to depict and bring out the fine nuances and noble flavours of the coffees.
- You will find the Robusta beans in our espressos. They give our espresso an earthy, malty and dark note. The higher the proportion of Robusta, the darker and stronger your espresso will be.
Coffees from South and Central America tend to be considered coffee varieties with pronounced aromas. The beans from Africa, on the other hand, are varieties with fruity acids and lighter flavours. India offers great distinctive textures for roasted flavours. However, this is only a very rough classification, as the microclimate and different soils express different flavours and characteristics in the coffee bean.
